(A) Would you recommend getting ONE prosthetic testicle if you are about to lose your only remaining testicle? (B)Also, what is sex and ejaculation like without any testicles left?

(A) I got the right one removed over a decade ago, opted for no prosthesis. Now I have tumors in the left, not sure whether to have a lonely scrotum or 1 prostethic testicle. Has anyone been in this exact position and got a prosthetic, or not? Pros or Cons? (B) I'm aware that the prostate and other glands can produce some fluids, but what's real world experience like? And does it have a large impact on the pleasure of ejaculation and orgasm? Thanks and bless up to all of you.
