Welcome to The Cojone Club®
The Cojone Club® App ("the App") is a member community operated by the Testicular Cancer Foundation ("TCF"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Who can join
The Cojone Club® is exclusively for:
- People who have been diagnosed with testicular cancer (any stage, any time — survivors and current patients)
- Caregivers, family members, partners, and supporters of the above
We do not verify diagnoses. You self-attest at signup that you meet the eligibility criteria. Misrepresenting yourself to gain access is a violation of these terms and grounds for removal.
What you agree to
- Be respectful. This is a community of people in difficult situations. Personal attacks, harassment, slurs, or targeted cruelty are grounds for immediate suspension.
- Don't impersonate. Use your real first name (or a nickname you actually use). Don't pretend to be someone else.
- Don't share medical advice. Share your own experience; don't tell anyone else what to do medically. We are not a substitute for your oncologist.
- Don't promote or sell. No advertising, no MLM, no "I have a treatment to sell you."
- Protect each other's privacy. What you read in the directory or in member-only spaces stays among members.
Content you post
You retain ownership of anything you write (display name, future "my story" field, etc.). You grant TCF a limited license to display that content inside the App to other members consistent with your visibility settings.
Account suspension and termination
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms. We try to give warning first when possible. You can delete your own account at any time.
Disclaimer
The App, including the TC Navigator AI assistant, is for community support and education. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always talk to your oncologist before making medical decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TCF and its volunteers are not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the App. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
